Wheat Field shows a field of wheat perched on the edge of a path made by a farmer and his tractor. The edge of the woods pushes out into the field, trying to reclaim what was once its own. In the middle ground are five trees and a barn. The tree farthest right has been damaged by a storm, and the barn is old and weathered. The sky is mostly overcast, giving a sense of either what is to come, or what has already been.
